• Maintain continuous interaction with clients, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional client service.
• Oversee the tax compliance process and adapt to challenges in the process.
• Leading the tax compliance function, delegating work effectively, coaching, training, and resolving staffing issues.
• Attend to tax queries and dispute resolution with the tax authorities.
• Share knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery. Facilitate open communication and supervise staff.
• Participate in recruiting efforts when necessary.
• Contribute to a stable and team-oriented working culture.
• Assess and identify business development opportunities.
• Build strong internal cross-functional relationships within the company.
• Involve in any other ad-hoc projects and related tasks as and when required.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in Tax compliance, with proven track record in quality management and team leadership.
• Good understanding of business and tax technical issues and the ability to transform these into value-added solutions for clients.
