• Reports to Safety Manager
• Implement, monitor & improvise site safety management system
• Support management in safety-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate HSE policy and requirements by conducting regular inspection and internal audits
• Proactive to lead incident investigation, address the control measures, and ensure that all incident reports are made in a timely manner.
• Oversee all general activities concerning HSE and Implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules, regulations, and procedures of the company.
• Ensure that relevant HSE documents, reports, communications, and other requirements of HSE are kept properly in place.
• Ensure HSE complies with ISO
• Compile reports and presentation slides for management reporting

Job requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Workplace, Safety & Health or equivalent
• Attained MOM WSHO license
• Proficient in MS office, IT savvy (Google forms etc)
• Minimum 3 years post-registration & relevant practical experience in a similar role with LTA projects
• Candidates with no relevant LTA project experience may be consider for Precast Yard WSH Officer position
• Candidates with experience in Precast yard environment is an advantage
• Experience in Civil road works and heavy lifting matters

Responsibilities:

Settlement

• Check report - "Automatic Checklist for Contra/Setoff".
• Perform contra statements printing.
• Set-Off contra gains against contra losses as per Trading Representatives' instruction.
• Reprint Trading Representatives' contra statements and place them in their respective mailboxes.
• Check all CPF revoked trades of contra set off on Sales due date.
• Check Business Done for Purchases and Sales on Foreign Markets against trade confirmations.
• Perform trade settlements for Foreign Markets.
• Monitoring of CFD trades.
• Transfer and deposit for foreign shares.

Reactivation/Reissue of Password

• To reissue Online Internet password (SL System)
• To reissue/reactivate KLSE & other foreign market password (print out pin mailers and mail out)

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job tasks include:

- communicating with new prospects and arrange sales appointments

- follow up with existing clients to ensure they are happy with our service

- coordination work between sales and administration service

- you are expected to work FROM HOME, so you must be disciplined and independent.

Working days: 5.125 days per week, one half-day Saturday per month

Rest day: Every Sunday

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 0900hours to 1815hrs
• Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
• One Saturday Per month: 0900hrs to 1300hrs

Job Descriptions:

• Suppliers' invoices coding and posting.
• Circulate suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
• Prepare suppliers' payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor's statement of accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of journals for the monthly closing of accounts.
• Update expenses schedule for monthly account closing.
• Other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
