• To review and process vendors’ invoices
• Filing of invoices and statements
• Clear AP payments – paid invoices
• Assist with reconciling supplier statements and preparing payment
• Send out monthly statements to Domestic customers through email and/or post
• Follow up weekly via email and telephone calls
• Check and reconcile rebates statement to customers
• Assist with applying receipts in accounting system
• Basic administrative functions as required by the company

Job Description:

• Coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storing of inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Assist with picking and packing of goods for delivery to customers.
• Operate a reach truck or forklift to load and unload materials and products
• Unstuffing of containers for incoming material
• Ensure handling and storage of material/product are in accordance with quality requirement. Assessment on stock condition. Inventory and housekeeping.
• Monitor warehouse space capacity to accommodate vendor deliveries, imports, and exports.
• To keep the warehouse clean and tidy at all time.
• Assist with delivery whenever needed.

Requirement:

• Prior experience in warehouse experience preferred.
• Literate in basic computer skills has added advantage
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
• Physical strong - able to carry heavy objects up to 20 kgs.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin.

Remuneration/Benefits:

• Salary - $1800.00 to $2000.00
• 5 day work week (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

· Check, verify, and record TCCP into unpaid TCCP log and ensuring they are charged correctly into Projects. Subsequently matching TCCP with invoices received from external suppliers/trade contractors

· Maintain and manage all cash and banking records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers

· Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit of cash, year in year out, and resolve all possible queries

· Preparation and issuance of all payments, cheques, bank transfer, etc.

· Check and verify cash transactions, maintain allowable and reasonable cash float within office

· Post purchase and payment transactions into SUN System

· Reconcile accounts payable balances and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

· Monthly bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies

· Monitor unpaid TCCP log and account payable accounts to ensure payments are up to date

· Maintain subcontractor and vendor files in the SUN system, request bank account information and update bank payee master file

· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries including payment status

· Update commercial department on TCCP payment status for CVR update

· Prepare trade payable confirmation and reconcile differences for audit

· Assist with month end closing

· Provide supporting documentation for audits

· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
