Job Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and cleaning as per the approved cleaning instructions and site procedures.
• Perform pre-campaign set up, post campaign activities and change over cleaning.
• Guide fitters, contract staff and engineering personnel for mechanical work related to changeover cleaning, preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Perform panel operation, monitor alarm suppression and interlock bypasses using DCS Delta V control system.
• Ensure proper communication and handling over of shift duties.
• Responsible to update shift handover log, Equipment Cleaning Standard Work
• Complete all cleaning documentation according to GMP and GDP standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with colleagues of other process /operations departments to ensure there is no interruption to cleaning management process.
• Troubleshoot all safety incidents, deviations and issues and coordinate with other functions when required.
• Responsible for preparation and completion of equipment cleaning for maintenance work accordingly to planned timelines and prevent any unclean equipment backlog.
• Take immediate action to resolve any near miss situations and raise good saves for safety and quality.
• Report all actual, near misses and potential accidents for further investigation.

Overview

Gusto Collective Singapore is preparing to transition to our new office space in August 2024. As such, we are seeking an Office Administrator who will undertake a dual role, handling both office management and administrative support when required.

As a public relations and events company specializing in luxury fashion and beauty, your role will be essential in maintaining the organization of our mailing and sample room, ensuring a systematic approach. Additionally, you will handle guest reception, manage incoming deliveries and oversee management of the office space. At times, you will also provide essential secretarial support to our leadership team, including coordinating travel arrangements.

Your areas of focus will be:

Office Management (60%)

• Ensuring the mailing room and sample rooms are kept well organised and making sure that all items are in compliance with company guidelines;
• Acting as the main reception for walk-in guests, including receiving and sorting daily deliveries;
• Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and the pantry to ensure a well-equipped and functional workspace;
• Oversee office maintenance matters such as liaising with service providers and landlord and addressing any office-related issues promptly.

Administrative Support (40%)

• Provide secretarial support to the Head of Gusto Collective SEA, including travel arrangements and other administrative support;
• Organise office events, including coordinating logistics;
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

You will need:

• Minimum Diploma level or equivalent;
• Experience in administrative roles and office management preferred;
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with high attention-to-detail;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel and Word;
• Willingness to learn and discover various programs and applications to improve and streamline processes;
• Fluency in both written and verbal English to facilitate effective communication;
• Available on a full-time (10AM – 6PM) or part-time (2PM – 6PM) basis, Monday – Friday in the office (near Tai Seng MRT).

The Operations Liason Assistant is responsible to assist on the day-to-day operational duties of the department.

He/She works closely with the Executive to ensure that all the collection and disposal operations activities are completed in a safe and efficient way.

He/she is constantly exposed to unpleasant sights and smells. He/she also assists to provide guidance to junior team members. Ensure operations and vehicle/equipment cleanliness and serviceability and communicates with relevant stakeholders and clients.

He/she is organised, responsive, approachable, able to multi-task, and capable of interacting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Coordinate with the team members on the operational duties as assigned and ensure its completed in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance to junior employees and new hires orientation.
• Ensure team members adhere to all the safety and health measures at all times.
• Attend to customer and team member inquiries.
• Provide feedback and report for the vehicles and equipment issues.
• Ensure that the maintenance schedule for the vehicle and equipment as planned.
• Immediate response and support investigation to related incidents and emergencies.
• Report operational abnormalities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Certificate in any field.
• Class 4 License is a must.
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in waste/recycling management or related fields.
• Knowledge of refuse truck operations including gps, loadcells and etc.
• Safety requirements.
• Adaptability, professionalism and positive attitude and show willingness to learn.
