• Control & Maintain the safe and smooth progress of building work
• Supervise & Coordinate the activities at project site
• Ensure the deadline for completing work is met and within budget
• Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures
• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
• Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
• To supervise and instruct workers to place proper barricade to hand-held cutting machinery and powered tool, well equipped with basic protection gears such as helmet, safety boots, etc and or safety belt when working at height.
• To provide feedback and solution on technical problems.
• Responsible for handling all workers’ matters on the site such as verifying overtimes for workers, duty allocation to workers, etc.
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submission, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
