  Accountable for food cost management, menu planning, as well as the development and creation of new products needs.
• Responsible for the running and the supervision of food preparation to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered to clients.
• Ensure that operations team adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards as set in our HSE requirement.

Job Requirements:

Preferably specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service, operational support and client management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees.
Confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels, ability to influence people across the organization.
Strong experience in involving team management, project management, ownership of budget and costs structure financial management, and operations workflow
Familiar with MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Support Front Office Manager to supervise and coordinate front office operations
• Manage service recovery for escalated guests’ concerns and feedback
• Manage team’s service performance in response to guests’ needs and requests to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with various departments on guests’ special requirements and requests
• Monitor front office operations to ensure adherence to organizational standards and procedures
• Monitor room inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
• Manage staff performance to achieve departmental goals
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff work performance
• Manage emergency situations
• Record and report all unusual events to the Management
• Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of working experience as Duty Manager
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays
• Team player with positive work attitude
• Passionate to serve and go the extra mile for guests
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to make sound decision and solve problems effectively
• Able to work under pressure
