Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work with us as a Partnerships Operations Specialist, joining our innovative teams to drive partnerships and alliances with other platform and ecosystem companies that create value for the bank. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the operations side of the business and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on best practices and procedures when it comes to our partnership campaigns’ setup and performance, and nurture meaningful relationships with our key partners at every level.

You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Marketing and other key internal & external stakeholders to execute strategies to create deep and lasting win-win strategic partnerships.
The Role Responsibility:
· Set up of partnership campaigns on system eg, microsite/landing page/daily activity banner, at request of Business Development, Marketing, and other relevant departments.
· Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaign by coordinating with other teams to validate information of requirements.
· Build and maintain vital processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and business functionality, while aligning with privacy and security policies.
· Seek opportunities to improve campaign operations processes and systems.
· Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving both business and technical issues
· Assess partner needs, manage overall expectations, handle partner inquiries, and resolve partner issues
· Act as the focal point to disseminate information between the bank and partners so there is shared knowledge and capabilities and roadmaps

Our Ideal Candidate:
· 5 years’ experience, preferably in partnership campaign management systems and operations
· Strong interpersonal skills, external communicator and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
· Significant experience with project management
· Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently
· Ability to adapt to changing environment - responsive when priorities change and able to pivot workflow accordingly
· Careful, detail-oriented, pro-active in execution
· Eager to work and learn in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline
· Proven data analysis, presentation, and data development skills
· Thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment while remaining flexible and adaptable
