2. Perform secretarial duties. E.g. Assisting in organising and coordinating meetings
3. Assist department to perform administrative duties, which may include but not limited to
   procurement of new items for department, compiling department budget requirement
4. Support any other duties/tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Key Requirements

• Some working knowledge in IT governance, risk and compliance systems
• Experience in IT Audit OR implementing IT governance framework / policy, IT Security will be an advantage
• Inquisitive, meticulous and process good logical, analytical and process flow skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and different levels of stakeholders
• Proficient in MS365 Office; especially on Microsoft Excel

Job Description:

• Perform cleaning of cassettes, imaging plates and equipment.
• Perform QA on printers and maintain records.
• Perform simple trouble shooting on equipment (training provided by vendor).
• Assist in moving of equipment (portable x-ray unit, I.I, ultrasound etc).
• Assist radiographer in processing of images.
• Check and ensure patient’s name and ID are correct.
• Assist radiographer in patient transferring, using proper posture and techniques.
• Ensure patient’s line and catheter are observed.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O level and above
• No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
• Compassionate and good patient care
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
