Location: Ubi Singapore

Working hours : 8.30am to 6pm

Job Scope

1. Issue Invoice, handle shipping documents.

2. Sales Order processing.

3. Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.

4. Stock checking for daily delivery loading.

5. Performing General Admin Duties

6. Perform ad hoc responsibilities and duties when required.

CNC setter

• 5.5 days
• Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)

Requirements:

• Minimally 3 years of experience in Precision Engineering industry
• Preferably with 3 years of related work experience in manufacturing environment for non-technical trained staff.
• Able to read part drawing, usage of measuring equipment

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review samples, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output and translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
• Setup the machine in accordance with the CNC program for machining
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts
• Assist engineer in determining equipment, raw materials and consumables
• Comply, enforce and report deviances in workplace safety and health requirements with organizational procedure
• Ensure 5S housekeeping and safety precautions are always taken care of
