Looking for Singaporean Clinic Assistants who are able to do SHIFT WORK (day/evening shift). They are expected to be proficient at the relevant duties, including but not limited to the following:

Counter duties

- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments

- Perform Specialist/Hospital referrals

- Ensure laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors

- Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination

- Handling of incoming calls and enquiries

- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures

Administrative tasks

- Submission of subsidised claims

- Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes

- Stock take and ordering of medications and consumables

- Scanning of documents

- Regular maintenance (fridge, autoclave, stock)

Housekeeping

Responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts & project administration
• Taking-off quantities for tendering and ongoing project
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, payment, budget & cost control and settlement of final account
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
• Budget preparation and cost presentation to management
• Manage material orders, order documentation and project account

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering from a recognized University, or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying from a recognized Polytechnic
• Preferably have local construction experiences
• Computer literacy in MS office especially Excel
• With Autocad and drafting experience will be an advantage
