The Requirements:

• A degree holder
• Relevant Middle Office experience in Banking Industry
• Experience in creating regulatory reports
• PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Team management experience is preferable
• Having experience with setting up regional branch or subsidiary office is a big advantage
• Good communication skills, strong learning ability, and multitasking skill

The Responsibilities:

• Managing import operations, coordinating with suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
• Preparing PO, monthly ingredients file, and invoices
• Managing the related documents and files
• Claim for the defective products
• Planning cost down and improving quality

The Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in logistics related roles would be advantageous
• A diploma/degree holder
• Thorough and skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and email effectively
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
