Job Description:

• In Charge of setting up Laptops for users and user PC software installation and assist users to setup their mobile devices for Outlook email and Microsoft Teams meeting
• Responsible in maintaining and updating IT inventory list and IT spare parts management.
• Taking charge of working with vendors to resolve IT hardware failures and proprietary software issues and preparing documentation for IT software installation, troubleshooting steps, server rack and network diagram
• In Charge of attending to end users' requests and resolve their PC/laptop hardware and software issues either onsite or remotely and performing of Preventive Maintenance including all office laptops and pc
• Taking charge of working with the IT Team for project implementation and ring central maintenance

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Level 1 &2 Technical Support and experience in Microsoft Office application and servers

1. To act as a single point of contact for all user incidents, requests, and general communication.

2. Provide Level 1/2 support to all applications or software systems.

3. Coordinate with different support team to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded.

4. Follow SOP and policy defined.

5. Knowledge Base Maintenance.

6. Provide incident management for all in-scope assets.

7. Responsible for tickets resolution within scope of support, with the use of remote diagnosis and resolution where appropriate.

8. Responsible for call logging, call assignment, incident management & coordination, call tracking and follow up to closure within agreed SLA.

9. SLA compliance and reporting.

10. Responsible for scheduling the engineers for onsite service calls.

11. Log all calls in the CRM system provided; review and manage all incidents and problems to ensure accurate recording, appropriate classification, timely escalation and updates to the customers.

12. Manage proactive monitoring using relevant tools and manage the alerts and tickets generated to closure.

13. Review the incidents and contribute to building up a knowledge base for effective and efficient IT support.

14. Develop and maintain service desk metrics and reports.

15. Focus on first call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets.

• Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices

RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Executive II is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the support of PC & peripherals, network and enterprise systems used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. This role will work closely with the end-users, internal IT team, outsourced Level 1 helpdesk support service, as well as vendors/service providers via back-to-back support arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, the IT Executive II has both technical and non-technical responsibilities.

On the technical front, the IT Executive II will be supporting IT hardware and network (e.g. PCs, printer and network equipment) as well as administration of Microsoft 365 and related applications (including Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams phone), Entra and Azure Portal, Intune Management Portal, Salesforce, cloud backup solutions, and other SaaS solutions. There are regular tasks such as the monitoring and follow-up of system resources and alerts, including site availability, vulnerabilities and DNS records, and also Helpdesk tickets & reports. This role will also manage projects, such as relocation or upgrade of office networks, and migration of telephony systems. The IT Executive is also expected to assist with the research, development, troubleshooting and maintenance of low-code/no-code applications such as Power Automate & PowerBI.

On the non-technical front, this role will assist with IT sourcing and procurement, vendor management, project and system documentation, user training, policy enforcement, contract, license and subscription management, billing, and IT asset management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

• Tertiary qualification in information technology or equivalent together with relevant experience in network and system administration and support, especially on Microsoft 365 & related applications, and Salesforce.

Hard skills and soft skills are both important for this role to service the internal customers and integrate with partners/vendors.
