Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher NITEC in Information Technology/Computer Sciences/Electrical/Electronics/ Telecommunication
• Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in IT support roles.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO.
• Verify suppliers’ invoices and issue payments on time.
• Monthly filing of invoices and bank statements.
• Process staff’s payroll and commission payout.
• Inventory tracking for products and supplies to ensure stocks are sufficient and replenished in all outlets.
• Handle negotiation, sourcing for suppliers and vendor evaluation.
• Maintenance and upkeep of office premises and equipment.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
