• Responsible for the Company’s day-to-day operational aspects of the e-commerce website and other online platforms (Shopee, Foodpanda, GrabFood), including user experience, order fulfilment and processing, customer service and webpage development.

The Credit Risk Management focuses on the risk that the bank might suffer a loss due to a reduction in or complete elimination of the value of assets caused by the deterioration of the financial status of a customer to whom credit has been extended. The Market Risk Management focuses on the risk that the bank might suffer a loss due to a change in the value of assets and liabilities held caused by changes in market risk factors, such as interest rates, securities prices and foreign-exchange rates. We now have an opportunity for an experienced professional who is capable of managing the credit and non-financial risk in Singapore and offices across Asia-Pacific region.

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

• Close and proactive communication with relevant offices and timely escalation to higher management and HO.
• Assume responsibility for the credit and non-financial risk management function of activities including methodology research, reviewing & enhancement of risk monitoring framework, improvement of work efficiency, reporting function, new products handling and audit & inspection.
• Negotiate and coordinate with all necessary HO departments such as Risk Management, Financial Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, etc.(Japanese language skill is required)

What you should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in a corporate or commercial banking environment.
• Credit and non-financial risk knowledge and more than 10 years of experience in actual business.
• Wide knowledge of financial products and ability to understand risk models.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese languages, as the incumbent will liaise with colleagues in Tokyo Head Office, other offices across Asia-Pacific region. In particular, close communication with Tokyo Head Office in Japanese is strongly required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Oracle POS & Material Control (MC) solutions, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Applications, Timesoft HR solution, network infrastructure and other software & solutions deployed and used within the venue/company:

POS System, MC & Peripherals:

• Assist to create POS keys, update price and kitchen/bar settings
• Assist to create new POS users for venue (both front and backend)
• Assist to create MC users for venue
• Troubleshoot POS & printers hardware issues & log tickets for replacements
• Troubleshoot & support Credit Card terminals

PC, laptops, photocopier, networks & WIFI:

• Troubleshoot on all reported issues related to venues’ operation (minor repairs if possible)
