Our Manager will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximise capacity, efficiency, and profitability.

You will plan and manage all aspects of the project including scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, reporting and administration.

You will oversee the installation team and work towards exceeding customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality productions and management.

You will manage the installation team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance of the team.

You will collaborate with all departments, including general workers, tailors, deliveryman, installation technicians, inventory manager and the sales manager, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

You will monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to various stakeholders.

You will identify and resolve project-related conflicts and obstacles, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Reporting directly to the manager and fulfilling the Manager's duties in their absence.

* Being well-versed in internal operations.

* Taking minutes at meetings.

* Forwarding and distributing mail as required.

* Preparing and filing relevant documents.

* Supporting managers in devising plans in order to improve business performance.

* Monitoring various operational aspects.

* Collaborating with the logistics office.

* Assigning tasks to employees and hiring new staff.

* Providing training, instruction, and guidance to subordinate employees to ensure their knowledge of company products, fabrication and assembly methods, management skills, and the effective use of accepted work processes and standards.
