- Possess 4-5 years or more related working experience (Expected salary range from S$4,000 to $5,500). Fresh graduate with minimum 2 years working experience will be considered (Expected salary range from S$3,000 to $3,300). Your salary will commensurate with experience.

- Interest in design topics of urban design, architecture, interior, product design & visual arts.

- Able to handle and manage design projects & schedules from concept to construction stage.

- Have a good design fair and able to prepare detailed drawings.

- Able to operate Autocad, 3D visualisation software, Photoshop & MS Office.

- Able to work as a team and have good work management skills.

- Have good interpersonal skills and good work attitude.

Job Description:

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with basic clinical tasks.
• Answer phone inquiries and manage communications.
• Support the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirement:

• GCE ‘O’ level / ‘N’ Level
• At least 1 year experience as clinic assistant at general clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing needs.

Working hours: 5.5 days
Tues: 9am-12pm, 2:30pm-4pm, 7pm-8:30pm
Mon, Wed & Thurs: 9am-12pm, 2:30pm-4pm
Fri, Sat, Sun: 9am-11am (Choose either Fri & Sat / Fri & Sun)
