Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily AR & AP operation activities, timely processing of invoices and payments
• Liaise with AP related issues with relevant department
• Preparation of monthly supplier reconciliation statement from the vendor’s statement of account against internal AP aging list
• Process Payments to vendors according to the company payment policy & follow up on any payment queries from the vendor
• Generate AP journal & monthly closing exercise
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
