Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of pantry supplies and replenish pantry item. Stock take on pantry supplies fortnightly
• Cleaning of main entrances, windows and office furniture
• Maintain the tidiness of our stationery cupboard
• Washing of cups manually, and every morning take out the cups from dishwasher (start dishwasher the day before)
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of office pantry and meeting room. Check to ensure whiteboard markers are available in all meeting rooms
• Cleaning of two coffee machine and two units of water dispensers
• Disposal of rubbish from pantry and workstations daily
• Assist to set up of Lunch meetings and in-house Lunch events
• Serve drinks to guests/visitors
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in office cleaning and in charge of pantry supplies
• Ablility to work independently and efficiently
• Good organisation skills with attention to detail to maintaining a clean and orderly workplace
• Positive attitude with basic level of English language skills
• Able to commit on every Monday to Friday on a part time basis (8am to 12pm : 4 hours a day)
• Able to commit to extended work hours when needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Assign work schedule for workers to carry out the work in co-ordination with project / maintenance team and daily follow-up on work progress.
• Prepare work proposals, quotations, technical and service reports.
• Control and coordinate work according to project / maintenance plan to ensure timely completion and high quality work

• Liaise with Clients, suppliers & subcontractors to ensure smooth completion of work.
• Ensure project work related reports are properly documented and kept for record and billing purpose.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in ACMV, M&E or building services
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details

• Able to handle projects independently and communicate well
