Onboarding VDI user accounts and mapping their personal and shared drives to facilitate smooth operations.

Citrix Components & Palo Alto upgrade:

Perform patches on Citrix components, eg. Citrix Storefront, Citrix ADC, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop. Upgrade PAN OS versions, fix security vulnerabilities in Palo Alto.

Certificate Management:

Renewing internal and external SSL/RDP certificates to maintain secure communication channels.

PBI User Onboarding & Permissions:

Onboarding new PowerBI users, granting permissions to various reports, and utilizing utility tools to manage report permissions and Row-Level Security (RLS).

Documentation: Updating and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit documents to ensure compliance and streamline processes.
