Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily rate inquiries from local and international stakeholders.
• Timely response to all inquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.

• Process customs declarations for import and export shipments.

Job Description

• Serve as a liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, including handling documentation and coordinating with HR to resolve employee concerns.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Controlling, you will work independently in overseeing the invoicing and letter of credit for the Services business unit.
