• Manage commercial and contractual activities within the project efficiently and effectively

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum of ten years of experience in contracts management
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and methodical approach to work
• Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a checker role to process/prepare loan documents (rollover, repayments, disbursements etc.)
• Handle syndicated, bilateral and derivatives loans
• Perform data input for loans
• Prepare payments (SWIFT)
• Prepare loans reports/documentation
• Perform loan reconciliation with loan rates
• Work closely with other business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Relevant loan operations experience in Banking industry (Checker/AVP- 4 relevant years of experience)
• Meticulous, organized, team player and has good interpersonal skills
