RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the husbandry and maintenance of the plants and displays in our Flower Dome, specifically the changing displays. You will be expected to plan and manage projects, provide advice and raise horticultural standards. You will be required to manage multiple stakeholders including horticulture vendors, collaboration partners and cultural groups who may be involved in the floral displays. You will also be expected to manage and contribute to programs and activities to provide a more immersive experience for our visitors through our floral displays.

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years’ of relevant working experience in a relevant field of work
• Possess a keen and passionate interest in plants and gardening with a focus on exceeding visitor expectations
• Assist in coming out with the concept art for floral displays and other installations in the conservatories
• Ability to work out innovative solutions to challenges which may arise
• Service-oriented team player who is prepared to be hands-on
• Experience in horticulture, plants and flowers would be an advantage
• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to build relationships and cultivate collaborations and partnerships
• Good knowledge of various computer software and applications including Microsoft Office
• Able to work outside of normal operating hours for occasional night landscape installation to meet departmental target dates and/ or complete specific plant maintenance activities as well as cope with a dynamic working environment
• Flexible and willing to contribute in various ways to develop the Gardens into an attraction for all to own, enjoy and cherish

• Plan, organize, and execute the daily operations of the nightclub.
• Ensure adherence to licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and other relevant guidelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Recruit, train, and supervise nightclub staff, including bartenders, waitstaff, security personnel, and other support staff.
• Foster a positive and high-energy work environment, motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Implement and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for patrons.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract a diverse clientele.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and manage the nightclub budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Implement cost control measures without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to minimize incidents.
• Plan and execute special events, theme nights, and promotions to enhance the nightclub's appeal.
• Collaborate with event organizers and DJs to ensure a lively and entertaining atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the nightlife or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of nightclub operations, including sound and lighting systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work late-night hours and weekends.
• Familiarity with local licensing regulations and safety standards.

Overall in charge of the Central Kitchen. To contribute to the successful operation, maintenance, and constant improvement of central kitchen production to achieve target.

• In charge of weekly and monthly reports
• Manage and control Profit & Loss as well as overall cost in central kitchen
• Checking financial statement for central kitchen
• Updating of the monthly Production reports
• Supervise Central Kitchen Supervisor(s) and Production staff
• Improve and maintain on the Central Kitchen’s production efficiency
• Work closely together with R&D and Operations department
• Responsible for the cash management in the Central Kitchen
• Checking and maintenance of Central Kitchen machineries
• Checking of inventory and raw-material reports as well as planning for purchases
• Analyse HR and Purchase reports
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments from supervisor

Working day: 5.5 days work week
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5pm) | Saturday (8.30am – 1pm)
