• Work directly with Senior Management and ensure collaboration across Singapore
• Participate in the daily preparation and unit management as required to ensure the optimal output of meals at the highest quality level

Operational:

• Responsible for all aspects of outlet’s F&B operations runs smoothly on a day to day basis.
• Ensure safety and hygiene guidelines are followed.
• Discuss, review, implement and improve SOP for outlet.
• Help control labour cost by maximizing allocation and rostering of team members
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
• Ensure outlet achieve profitability.
• Purchases - pricing, quality, ordering, freshness and looking for competitive suppliers.
• Constantly checking the market trends and competency.
• Maintain and purchase new F&B equipment

Supervisory:

• Supervise, lead & motivate the team.
• Provide and coordinate training and development program for all staff.
• Monitor employee performance and participate in annual employee performance reviews.

Customer Service:

• Receive, review and act upon feedback and complaints received from customers.
• Responsible for ensuring consistent quality of service.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with marketing team to drive new ideas and strategies on new product development, and assist in the continuous improvement existing products.

2. Material sourcing, research and reporting of market trends, work on process improvements to achieve better efficiency and cost.

3. Evaluate acceptability of raw materials from new suppliers.

4. Participate in product quality improvement to support Quality Assurance department regarding product complaints and cost improvements.

5. Assist sales and marketing team with technical enquiries. Provide technical support to product development team.

6. Work on new/existing product labelling, to review & update the product labelling to meet customer & regulatory regulations. (Local/Export Market)

7. Prepare samples for sensory and evaluation.

8. Document manufacturing protocols and standards (SOP).

9. Maintain updated records of work activities: objectives of test, formulas, costing calculation, processing condition, required equipment and equipment setup.

10. Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, and maintain good hygiene & cleanliness in the R&D laboratory.

11. Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirment:

• Working days & time: 5.5days 9am – 6pm / 9am -1pm,

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering & or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences as Project Engineer/Site Engineer in construction industry of Singapore.
• Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft , AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
• Able to read drawings, write and speak in English.
• Process good interpersonal & communication skill with a positive attitude.
• An independent, also be able to work in Team, can cope in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and a good team player.

Job Description:

• Process inward and outward remittances in accordance to SWIFT standards and in compliance to Bank’s screening guidelines
• Process settlements for FX, IRS, NDF
• Process deposits placements, rollovers and settlements
• Liaise with business units (i.e. treasury front office, relationship managers etc.)
• Generate reports and perform reconciliations, controls, monitoring
• Report funding positions to Treasury front office
• Handle bank statements and attend to customers' requests for account movements
• Participate in drills, projects, initiatives, system enhancements and UATs
• Handle any other tasks/duties assigned by supervisor/Head of Operations

Job Requirements:

• Experience in remittance operations, deposits operations and treasury operations
• Knowledge of related regulations, Anti-Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing, Customer Data Protection and operational risks
• Relevant experience with banking systems such as Flexcube, SWIFT Alliance and MUREX
• Able to multi-task across functions and an excellent team player
• Good command of the English and Mandarin in term of strong written and verbal communication skills inorder to be able to communicate effectively across all levels with our colleagues in Taiwan
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
