Operations Support

• Providing local legal teams with contract templates and business specific requirements.
• Review contracts (e.g. distributor agreements, deal agreements) and liaise closely with cross function teams to ensure compliance (Tax, Legal, HCC etc).
• Primary project manager for distributor transition (license and stocks transfer, commercial process SOP establishment etc.)

Your Focus
