Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Polytechnic diploma in a related field with a passion for digital trends and healthcare innovation.

Experience:

• Prior experience in medical product sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with professionals across various disciplines.

Skills:

• Independent and proactive with a keen focus on delivering results.

• A strong willingness to learn about the industry, product applications, and digital transformation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer invoices for different utilities
• Prepare monthly and daily settlement
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bills and settlements
• Work closely with different internal departments to ensure high accuracy of customer information
• Liaise with external vendors and resolve any issues
• Prepare customer / internal financial or billing related reports as required

Responsibilities

• Min Local good Diploma / Degree in Business in Finance / Accountancy / IT
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
