This role will be part of the Manpower Development and Outreach team, who works closely with industry employers, educational institutions and schools to promote aviation careers to youth and job-seekers.

The executive will be a key lead for the organisation of the

OneAviation Careers fair in 2025, an aviation sector-wide career and recruitment fair, and also support the division in other youth outreach and career promotion events and initiatives, working closely with NTUC e2i, and Workforce Singapore.

The main duties of the Events Executive shall encompass, but not limited to the following:

Pre-Event

• Main liaison with the engaged events company to plan and organise events, taking into account coordination and inputs from participating exhibitors
• Develop relevant marketing and promotional materials for events
• Arrange for site recce and rehearsals

During Event

• Provide support throughout the event – to be the key point of contact and work closely with the events company to resolve issues on-site
• Ensure supporting staff and teams are quickly informed when issues arise

Other Administrative Duties

• Provide administrative support (invitation lists, administrative brief preparation etc)
• Prepare event reports and after-action review

Requirements

• Trained in any discipline with at least 2 years of related working experience in events
• Fresh graduates with keen interest in events management and aviation may also be considered

You will be in an Individual Contributor (IC) role with no direct reports; however, you will play a key role in establishing and managing cost programs to meet allocated capital expenditure budget, operational expenditure cost management; and deliver node-over-node cost per gigabit (CPGB) reduction targets meeting business requirements.

Additionally, you will drive Process Capability Improvement (PCI) of unit operation processes to achieve yield and device performance targets through the Process Maturity (PMI) and Constructional Specification (CSPEC) business processes.

• Regular interaction with PD/PI team for MOR Updates from Program Kickoff (PK) through Engineering Full Flow Transfer (EFF) in close collaboration with TD Industrial Engineering (IE) Modeling Team.
• Lead node team using Contingency List (CL) and MOR Business Processes, manage MOR changes through Engineering Change Notice (ECN) cycles.
• Cost Summit Planning, Collaboration, and Execution.
• Semi-annual cost summits to establish Capex, Materials, Spares cost targets by node and execution to commits to achieve required $/GB.
  
• POR-MOR Gap tracking and closure:
• Support Transfer from TD to HVM with clear understanding of POR-MOR Gaps and ensure effective mitigations are in place for transfer and ramp while driving POR/Baseline process towards MOR compliance.
• Cost-of Transition (CoT) - project determination & prioritization.
• Planning of MOR and CapEx budget, what is needed to execute results, and ownership/accountability of budget performance.
• Representing PD in capital approval and MOR process.
• Actively support Risk-to-Commit (RTC) business process for CapEx savings optimization.
• Drive readiness for MFG pilot line via OCT/MFG engagement, workshops, and other reporting.

Project Manager (PM)

The PM is responsible to ensure the project completion is within the specified time frame, budget, and quality in accordance to the statutory requirements. The PM will protect and minimize Company’s liability and all-risks exposure when managing the project operations on-site.
