• Work with service providers to develop and deploy IT infrastructure, ensuring confidentiality, availability, and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with agency IT policies and standards.
• Manage day-to-day infrastructure service delivery and support.
• Collaborate with government agencies to deliver application services.

Experience & Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in IT or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years (Engineer) or 5 years (Senior Engineer) of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least 1 full project life cycle (Engineer) or 3 life cycles (Senior Engineer).
• Strong strategic, customer-focused mindset and ability to address business challenges.
• Team player with organizational and communication skills.
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.
