DC Centralized Network Operations Management

• Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, or escalated for 2nd/3rd level resolution based on criticality, impact, and SLA
• Customer Request fulfilment and system management such as Electronic Visitation Management System

DC Facilities Management

• Perform Event Monitoring for all Data Centre Facilities infrastructure to ensure Data Centre is in normal function (e.g. UPS, power, temperature control, humidity, water detection sensor etc.).
• Ensure all DC supporting infrastructure (i.e., Building Monitoring System (BMS), Environment Monitoring System (EMS), Access Control Systems, Electronic Visitation Management System, etc) are functioning well.
• Update and maintain all DC related documentation, including reports generation where needed
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues to provide timely support to customers.
• Coordinate maintenance and shutdowns (e.g.,working with vendors for DC electrical and mechanical systems)

Incident / Change / Customer Management and other requirements

• Manage Incidents and Closure, including Root Cause Analysis on incidents
• Raise the necessary requests from such as Change Request or notifications requests to the customers as part of service maintenance
• Liaise with internal and external customers and ensure that customers’ contractual service level agreements are met
• Perform other duties such as access clearance, and participate in projects as required

- Final year Ph.D or recent Ph.D graduates in Computer Science, engineering or quantitative field.

- Have in-depth research in a certain field of MultiModal Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and NLP, including but not limited to:

a) image/video classification, detection, segmentation, action recognition, MultiModal Machine Learning pre-training, text classification, unsupervised and self-supervised learning, etc.

b) multimodal generation, such as text-to-image/video/3D generation and editing, and other related multimodal experiences, diffusion model, GAN, transformer for generation tasks.

- Familiar with the training and deployment of one or more frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow//MXNet, and familiar with training acceleration methods such as mixed-precision training and distributed training.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiar with the latest research and technological progress in model compression acceleration, including but not limited to model quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, and inference frameworks such as TensorRT;

- Strong practical skills, priority given to those who have published papers in related competitions and top academic conferences.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Water Treatment industry. They are looking for a E&I Engineer to assist their E&I team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in South – easily accessible.

Duties of E&I Engineer:

• Review project specs to ensure equipment meets contract requirements
• Prepare and approve instrument and electrical deliverables (e.g. wiring diagrams, lists, data sheets)
• Create material requests and evaluate bids for electrical and instrument equipment
• Develop engineering standards and procedures for design
• Monitor project costs and schedules
• Attend technical meetings and address client feedback
• Support plant start-up and on-site troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and estimates to the sales team
• Advise engineers and Project Managers
• Follow company health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering/ Electrical or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with key engineering concepts and practices
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
