Job Description

• Responsible for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

• Adhere to procurement policies and processes both internal and external.

• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Job Requirement:

Your new role

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and maintaining end-to-end procurement activities from development, to establishing and evaluating a qualified supplier system
• Responsible for Procurement project delivery and management
• Planning and implementing purchase strategies while adhering to company’s procedures ensuring targets are met
• Liaising with team for accurate supplier deliveries in a timely manner
• Discovering risks in procurement operations and implementing solutions to improve efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is someone who has:

• At least a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in Procurement, specialising in financial industries
