• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space

• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

Administration Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as administration manager

• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

• BSc/BA in business administration or relative field

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the therapy team which consists of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and therapy aide/assistant.
• Responsible for compliance with the therapy standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Health and Allied Health Professional Council.
• Lead the team in enhancing clinical innovation and evidence-based practices for residents and clients.
• Oversee and lead improvements in service delivery and the care model and planning strategies to promote new effective treatment plans and clinical services.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with other agencies and organizations.
• Compute reports and analyze data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably, been in a managerial position.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to form a good network and strong link with shareholders.
• Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing and providing technical support solutions on the project

2. Working closely with Contracts and QS team in analyzing and evaluating sub‐contractors planning and reporting submission.

3. Preparing slide presentations prior to design submissions.

4. Preparing manpower and machinery schedule.

5. Project plan scheduling with relevant software to meet the milestone as specified by the client.

6. Preparing the write‐up / method statement on construction sequence and other requirements as stated in the contract

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years' working experience on large scale constrctuion project with a main contractor in a technical capacity such as engineering, project management, planning, etc.

2. At lease 3 years's working experience in design coordination of multi‐disciplinary infracstrucure project, involving civil and structural, geotechnical, electrical and mechanical, process, etc.

3. Good command of English.

General Administration Responsibilities

• Manage office operations in general
• Oversee business travel arrangement and hotel bookings
• Enhance the productivity of Administration workflow (Digitization)
• Contract and vendor management, (i.e. Vehicle leases, contract driver, service apartment, etc).
• Act as the office's tenant in managing the tenancy agreement, sublease and rental arrangement with the group
  companies.
• Asset management (ex. Office facilities, furniture, corporate mobile phone, etc.)

Group Service Provider / Facility Management

• Managing the general operation of shared office, reception, meeting rooms, lounge and common area.
• Corresponding with the building management office (Incl. season parking renewal) and vendors (i.e. Contractor, furniture manufacturer, etc.)
• Plan, Organize and Coordination of group company events. (i.e. year-end parties, functions, town-hall meetings,
  receptions, etc).
• Group servicing arrangements/Contract management with 3rd parties, and vendors. (i.e. Copier, Airline, etc.)
• Facility management, which includes managing in-house office cleaners and outsourcing contractors
  (i.e. cleaners, receptionist, pantry vendors and any other maintenance vendors).
• Manage and attend the Group's Annual Building Power Shut Down, Fire Evacuation Drill, and other security and
  safety events. (Required to work on weekends for Annual Power Shut Down)
• Take the lead in organizing, re-design the layout and coordination of office renovation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Administrative / General Affairs management.
• Strong leadership, time management, computer literacy, organizational skills, strategic planning, interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Pleasant, proactive attitude, hands on experience and able to work with people across all levels
• Experience in improving work efficiency with digital systems, software, or SaaS services.
• Familiar with Company acts and other regulations which are applicable in Singapore.
