Team Summary

The Solutions team in Visa Direct is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects. This means working closely with Business teams to fully understand client requirements, then craft and validate the proposed solutions prior to signing. Once approved, delivering on the agreed solution and managing changes that may occur.

What a Manager in EFX Solutions, AP Region, does at Visa:

A Solutions Manager in Enterprise FX supports or enables the discovery, delivery and scalability of new and existing cross border, FX, and settlement capabilities across client segments in the region. The Senior Consultant is the face of Visa’s support organization to Visa’s clients and represent these clients internally to business, product and technology teams. In this role, you are expected to:
