What will you do?

• Acquire, develop and manage accounts, building strong relationships and delivering results for Ploy that is focusing on Contract IT Project Delivery Services.
• Present, develop, articulate & deliver value propositions to clients
• Manage momentum through the sales cycle
• Negotiating & Identifying opportunities
• Have the chance to learn more about IT Resource Outsourcing whether on site or remote.
• Find the best up and coming talent in Asia, across a number of technical skill sets (Digital, Infrastructure, Development, Business etc...) using many different channels (Linkedin, Monster etc)
• Developing strategies with clients, covering projects, recruitment, professional services and company branding
• Researching market trends and pursuing qualified leads
• Network, network, network

Who are you?

• This is a tricky one ... and we're open! Personality is key, along with a genuine desire to learn and be part of something different. This role will see you acting as a true brand ambassador to both clients and stakeholders.
• Ideally, you'll have 6 months to 7 years commercial experience in IT recruitment preferably within an agency environment.
• You'll be looking for flexibility, a chance to step up, and above all, be treated like an adult in charge of your own time management.
• Due to the nature of this role, a high level of English communication is required.
• Tertiary Qualifications are not mandatory, but advantageous.

Your new role

• Responsible for the end to end process of Trade Life Cycle and Corporate Actions across all asset classes.
• Day to day supervision of processing activities, including issue resolution and escalation.
• Partnering with Head of Department to design and implement effective team strategy.
• Identify process deficiencies and facilitate system enhancement and process improvement.
• Support and manage Prime Brokerage and Department projects and initiatives.
• Documentation of business requirements and functional specifications.

What you'll need to succeed

• Required to work early shift and rostered Public Holidays.
• 10 years in Brokerage or Investment Banking Operations.
• 7 or more years in mid-management capacity.
• Good product and market knowledge across different asset classes, Equities and Securities is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in system roll-out preferred.

• Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients’ companies.
• Conduct networking in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients.
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
• Search and find the right person for the employer’s vacancy, receive and review applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates
• Brief candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
• Prepare and edit resumes and forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organize interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression
• Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR
• Any adhoc admin duties
