About the role

Guest Relations Manager, Front Office

The Guest Relations Manager is a key member of the Rooms Management Team, overseeing the hotel lobby and ensuring a pleasant arrival/departure experience. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high-profile role carries significant responsibility.

What you will do:

As the Guest Relations Manager, you will oversee and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will manage guest arrivals, departures, and billing requirements, swiftly resolving any discrepancies efficiently by ensuring seamless communication between department managers.

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role. You will professionally handle guest interactions, accurately assess and respond to guest needs, provide personal recommendations, and ensure maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies.

Your ability to act swiftly in matters related to guest and employee safety, security, and satisfaction is key, in the absence of senior managers. Financial management is vital, as you will ensure adherence to financial and credit procedures, address credit issues, and verify cash transactions for accuracy.

What you bring:

• Diploma in Hospitality Business or its equivalent
• Two (2) years of relevant experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group) is considered an asset
• Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities with a high level of professionalism
• Proficiency in Opera is required
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in English. Preferably equipped to communicate in a second language.

Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including occasional overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Property/Residence/Building Manager (Part-time / Temporary)

· Responsible for the daily operation of the buildings or condominiums

· Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the project

· Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors

· Lead a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management

· Ensure all contract works or routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement

· Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender

· Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Management or related field

· Degree / Diploma in Building, Estate/Facilities/Business/Hospitality or equivalent

· Good knowledge of BMSMA and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Exhibit organizational and leadership skills

· Well organize and able to optimise cost, space and equipment while working within the budgeted operational costs

· Strong leadership quality and problem solver

· Able to start immediately will be advantageous

· Able to prioritise tasks and passion in buildings management

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our enrichment center. As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre's success by delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting operational excellence. Your passion for education and dedication to providing the best learning experience for our students will be the driving force behind your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Targets: You will lead your centre's team to achieve the centre's sales target.
• Delivering Service Excellence: You are responsible for ensuring that our centres operate smoothly according to our SOP, so that the service delivered is of exceptional quality.
• Building Customer Relationships: With your Customer Service team, you take the lead in building and managing strong relationships with our customers, making sure that our valuable customers are taken care of and have their needs met.
• Delivering Operational Excellence: You are accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment in your centre. You will also ensure that safety protocols are adhered to.
• Leadership and team management: The center manager leads and fosters a positive work environment. They establish open communication, coach and mentor their team members, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork. They set clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedback, and give due recognition to boost the team's motivation and job satisfaction

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Min. 3 years experience in the industry. Management experience preferred.
• Sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
