Job Responsibilities :

• Manage functions of Accounts Payable (AP) process.
• Ensure all accounting duties are compliance withcompany Finance policy and reporting standards.
• Process staff expense claims and identify and report during invoice processing.
• Conduct monthly supplier reconciliations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Liaise with related party on supporting documents issues.
• Make payments through online transfer, telegraphic transfer (TT), or cheque.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and month-end closing.
• Handle queries from HQ and auditors and provide required documents.

Job Requirement:

• Entry level with relevant accounting qualification

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper
• Arrange travel and accommodations for staff when needed
• Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and organize office records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Assist with special projects and assignments as needed
• Conduct basic research and gather information for reports and presentations
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
