Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with transfers, ambulation, and the use of mobility aids.
• Nutrition & Hydration: Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring food and fluid intake.
• Emotional Support: Build rapport with residents, provide companionship, and engage them in activities and conversations.
• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with residents and fellow team members.
• Documentation: Accurately record and report observations and changes in resident conditions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Compassion: A genuine desire to help and care for others.
• Patience & Empathy: Ability to understand and respond to the needs of vulnerable individuals.
• Physical Fitness: Able to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility needs.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Able to work on rotating shifts consisting of morning, afternoon and night, including weekends and public holidays.
