Responsibilities:

• Prepare Letter of Offers for new and renewal of Leases and Licences
• Prepare documents for Variation to Letter of Offers / Agreements, Novation, Pre-Termination etc
• Preparation of letters for lease related matters, including letters to tenants for application of utilities,letters to remind tenants of lease obligations
• Conduct Business Profile Search for prospects and tenants

Job Description

The candidate will support the Finance Department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle daily finance operations of general accounting functions including maintenance of master data in the accounting system, preparing of customer invoices, processing of vendor invoices and staff reimbursement claims
• Perform month-end closing activities such as managing prepayment and accrual schedules. Ensure all closing journal entries are timely entered and reconciliations are performed
