Primary Responsibilities

· To respond to fault calls within a 5-10 minutes frame (on-site staff) and oversee the system recovery. Assist to coordinate with vendors such as those nominated by “(Client) Site” for recovery actions. The foremost objective of any recovery action is to prevent any further damage by (water, fire, etc) to the data centre IT equipment or to restore or maintain the power, aircon and facilities operating environment for our critical equipment such as servers and telecommunication facilities. All faults attended to shall be analysed for learning lessons and incorporated into existing procedures to proactively guard against future occurrences

· To assist in supervising and coordinating M&E and/or M&E related works and reconfiguration/minor projects carried out by other contractors in (Client) Site as and when required

· To carry out Preventive Maintenance on Mechanical & Electrical System according to site schedules (eg monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, yearly basis or on ad-hoc basis)

· To serve as the main communication channel to (Client) Site for all matters with regards to this contract

· To record and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, eg for time and materials extended to relating work orders to (Client) Site Facilities Management Officers when carrying out facilities management scope

· The preliminary checklist for monthly shall be provided by the on-site FM engineer. The FM site engineer shall value-add to this by reviewing and expanding on the service plans to make it effective for meeting the performance measure specified

· FM site engineer shall maintain open communication channel with (Client) Site technical staffs throughout the contract term

· In the event the FM site engineer is unavailable, absent from work, medical leave, annual leave, a replacement engineer will be deployed at no additional charge to (Client) Site

· The FM site engineer shall furnish (Client) Site incident reports with regards to any fault calls recorded. The incident report shall be forwarded to (Client) Site for record purposes not later than 24 hours after each fault occurrence

· Site FM team shall perform rotating shifts duties covering 24/7/365 throughout the contract term as per scheduled

JOB SCOPE
Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction which covers.

• To review project specifications and technical clarifications
• To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• To supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• To ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or BCA
• Minimum 5 years working experience in building construction
• Use of Autocad would be an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Project Planner / Planning Engineer

Qualification and Skills:

· Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent

· At least 5 yrs of working experience in development of project schedules/planning for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using MS Projects / Primavera P6

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Strong team player and able to handle fast paced projects

· Good problem solving and organisational skills are essential

· Experience in coordinating with design teams and contractors

· Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with all partes across all levels

· Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Office Suite

· Knowledge of Primavera (P6) is an added advantage.

· Good presentation skills

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for developing, monitoring and reviewing of schedules and plans for construction activities

· Provide a detailed schedule for construction works based on the requirements, constraints and deadlines of the assigned project

· Develop, monitor and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for construction works

· Develop and follow through a system of project progress monitoring to identify schedule compliance as set out in the specifications and for potential claims analysis

· Perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities by updating the schedule with actual progress (& actual start/finish dates) and provide schedule reports, including progress updates in Gantt Chart view and resource/cost histograms as and when required

· Provide information and assist in the analysis of claims utilizing schedule information and capabilities of the scheduling system to provide accurate picture of construction activities and events

· Know the project scope and high level work tasks/sequencing and provide look-ahead schedules to the Project manager, key site personnel and subcontractors

· Ensure that the critical path of the project is agreed with the Project Manager at the commencement of the project and is understood by all key site personnel. Advise of any changes to the critical path

· Advise the Project Manager and any key site personnel of any major slippages in the works, particularly those affecting key/interim milestones

· Suggest ways to recover from delays in the project and ways to accelerate if required

· Perform any other duties deemed necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Project Coordination and documentation as per ISO requirements

· Timely supervision of work by workers on site

· Prepare daily installation progress report to submit to client

· Prepare inspections forms and attend to all inspections

· Attend daily site meetings as necessary

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· At least 5 years of experience in in facade projects

· Effective communication and coordination skills and team work

· Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

· Able to work independently and in a team
