SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Oversee the daily operations of the New Business team, ensuring that all applications are processed within established turnaround times.
• Monitor and assess team performance to uphold high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular management reports that provide insights into key performance metrics, department performance, and operational insights. Use data to make actionable recommendations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes, enhancing overall productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure that all operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on applications to minimize errors and reduce risk, maintaining a strong focus on service quality.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the New Business team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Act as a primary liaison for business partners, handling communication related to new business processes, product updates, and service expectations.
• Conduct training sessions for business partners to support understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring seamless collaboration.

• Lead and execute new business projects or initiatives, collaborating with the HOD and cross-functional teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in product development, business administration and client relationship management would be preferred
• The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in team lead role
• PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge on AS400 is an added advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

1. The Manager shall play a key role in the conceptual development of the construction project and oversee the scheduling and coordination of sub-contractors across various trades
2. He/She will be required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
3. Responsible for cost management to manage project within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects
4. Responsible for exercising timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, or emergencies at construction project sites
5. Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation. Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
6. To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects
7. To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities compliance issues
8. Handle any other adhoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. 10 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry
2. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
3. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to support the Singapore branch's operations and growth objectives. This role requires a highly experienced professional fluent in Mandarin and English, with a proven ability to perform consecutive interpretations between the two languages to ensure smooth business communications. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the futures, financial services, or related industries, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with strong abilities in consecutive interpretation and business-level written communication.
• Demonstrated knowledge of China’s futures market and its international expansion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and effectively manage a team.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving international environment.

Senior Manager (Telecommunication)

• Lead the research, development and deployment of advanced communication technologies, including next-gen Cellular Network, IoT and next-gen networking solutions.
