Responsibilities

The job scope of the Accounts Assistant includes:

- Daily data entry input for expenditure

- Daily data entry input for income from clients and customers

- Soft and hard copy filing of all income and expenditure

- Consolidate petty cash receipts for reimbursements

- Report to manager if petty cash is low

- Tabulate monthly expenditure and balance

- Categorise monthly expenditure

- Reach out to customers who are late on payment

- Prepare invoices for customers

WORK WEEK: 5 DAYS

• Maintain, grow existing accounts, develop new project, generate leads
• Negotiate commercial and contractural terms and condition, collaboration with the operations team, maintain customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities within the account
• Cold calling and submitting weekly sales report
• Attend meetings and site survey
• Excellent phone presentation, written communicator and sales skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferable with own transport

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

· Pick, pack, loading and unloading activities

· Plan delivery routes and prepare items for both customer deliveries and collections

· Carry out deliveries and ensure that the delivery order (DO) is acknowledged

· Ensure the vehicle’s daily operational safety and schedule regular maintenance

• Assist and support underwriting for all lines of treaty business originating from South East & West Asia and ANZ, both new and renewal accounts, following Korean Re’s processes, procedures, and risk appetite.
• Responsibilities include pricing programs, analyzing terms & conditions, and reviewing treaty wordings for internal referral.
• Manage various operational tasks, including endorsements, data input, claims review, and account performance monitoring.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Other requirements

• Preferred minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in treaty underwriting.
• Good level of knowledge and experience in South East Asia and ANZ market as well as understanding of treaty pricing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively under high time pressure, particularly during peak seasons.
• Good communication skills to convey information effectively.
• Proficiency in business English and Microsoft Office software products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
