Responsible for overseeing the operational conduct of workshop staff and providing support to the Operations and Fleet Manager in managing day-to-day work activities efficiently. · Monitor all relevant documents, manage performance evaluations for Fleet Management employees, and oversee workshop daily work progress and service reports for billing.

· Liaise with purchasers for crane spare parts purchases and ensure adequacy and functionality of equipment and tools for servicemen.
