What you will be working on?

• Partnership and Grant Management

(i) Manage the new auditor contract from FY2024, including tracking and analysis of contract budget utilisation

(ii) Manage invoices from and payments to the auditor

(iii) Track and report on the utilisation of the approved contract value

(iv) Assess grant applications and closure reports

• Data Management

(i) Manage development and execution of partnership surveys and analysis of responses

(ii) Consolidate survey findings, visualisations, and insights into a report

(iii) Collate engagement logs and prepare submission to Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) and Central Stakeholder Repository (CSR)

(iv) Review CSR monthly access review

(v) Assist in the Impact Assessment Study

What are we looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations, including local transportation to and from KWE warehouse(s) in Singapore.
• Establish and oversee fundamental practices, such as pre-inspection of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and daily walkabouts in the work environment, with support from section leads under the Senior Logistics Manager (SLM).
• Monitor Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) monthly reports and take the lead in addressing any negative findings.
• Respond to external or internal escalations regarding deviations or potential risks from established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide relevant guidance and direction to section leads on adjusting, correcting, or enhancing daily operations.

• Offer relevant advice and guidance to section leads for a clear understanding.
• Schedule internal sessions for alignment in case of potential issues, especially severe ones.

• Develop resource plans for operations manpower.
• Conduct recruitment interviews when additional manpower resources are required for the operations team.
• Conduct warning or termination sessions related to section leads.
• Analyze monthly department P/L, starting from sales revenue, direct cost, and indirect cost, up to gross profit, with the direct superior.
• Propose improvements to sales or cost for further discussion and finalization with the direct superior.
