Job Description:
Support store management in meeting or exceeding store sales targets.
- Initiate contact with customers in the store, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and facilitate a superior checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts and customer relationships through exceptional service and selling techniques.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate service and product expertise.
- Use effective communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve brand standards in product presentation, merchandising, and operations.
- Ensure all visual standards are followed, daily restocks are completed, and adequate size runs are represented.
- Manage back-of-house operations and participate in store cleaning duties as needed.
- Assist in other store functions as required.
- Ensure all visual and merchandising directives, promotions, and markdowns are executed timely.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Preferably 1-2 years of retail experience.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
Personal Qualities/Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written & oral), teamwork, flexibility, and proactiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical requirements include twisting, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods; ability to lift and carry 30 lbs / 13.61 kg.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
