Job Description

The incumbent will play a key role in working closely with the School’s stakeholders involved in undergraduate medical education, particularly senior leadership and key administrative partners of healthcare institutions, to ensure that funding for training medical students are accurately disbursed, payment disputes are resolved satisfactorily, and compile data for reporting purposes. 2. Management of and Reporting on PECT Funding with an annual budget of $65m.

• Disbursement of PECT funding, annual accruals;
• Compute and project PECT funding for current year and planning years;
• Coordinate, process and track PECT payments

3. Manage PECT Funding and Providing guidance and communications on PECT matters

• Projection of PECT budget ;
• Plan PECT budget utilization; and collaboration with Dean's Office Finance and the Curriculum teams for efficient PECT funds management in tandem with Edu division strategy and workplan.

• Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using Archer GRC/IRM platform – Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity, and other risk management processes
• Lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a risk-aware culture through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using Archer GRC/ IRM solutions.
• Design and architect solutions to automated client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements
• Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.

To qualify for the role, you must have
• A recognized university degree in information technology, engineering, mathematics, accounting, business, or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 7 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professional services environment or MNC.
• Certification from Archer as a Archer Certified Administrator - Expert or Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist
• Experience in the design, architecture, configuration, and implementation of GRC solutions such as Archer GRC/ IRM.
• Experience implementing the Archer product, including integrations with other systems using API and/ or Archer Data Feed Manager functionality.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes.
• Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, technical designs, defining user stories, working with onshore/offshore development teams, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution.
• Experience in engaging and managing a variety of stakeholders with an ability to consult, provide recommendations, and develop solutions using GRC solutions.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.

Ideally, you’ll also have
• Strong project management skills including agile methods.
• Data analysis/ processing and visualisation skills using database, visualisation tools or spreadsheet application
• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Experience with other GRC technology solutions (such as ServiceNow, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages etc.) will be an added advantage.

• Manage backlog and stakeholders, with a clear understanding of the delivery and its ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross-functional team to deliver together.
