Key Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in the logistics industry across bulk and parcel freight. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with related major.

• Proven knowledge in customs import/export processes, as well as other local import requirements.
• Strong vendor management skills and working experience with major 3PLs in APAC.

Description

• Drive 3PLs for operations excellence around on-time execution, losses and damage, track & trace, freight payment metrics.
• Collaborate with 3PLs for pivotal initiatives around capacity management, volume fluctuations, cost savings, process/system improvements and sustainability focus.

• Responsible to develop the new market development strategy, including but not limited to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Job Overview:

To handle the operations of shipments, ensuring smooth execution of voyages, communications with various parties (trading desk, shipbrokers, shipowners, shipping agencies, etc) to find solutions to resolve shipment issues.

Your duties and responsibilities shall notably include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
