Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling supplier invoices, preparing payments, and performing monthly reconciliations. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently. Candidates with relevant experience in the accounting field are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Circulate supplier invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting.
• Prepare and process supplier payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of creditor statements of accounts.
• Assist in preparing journal entries for monthly account closing.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of NITEC or certification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of Kerridge Commercial Systems would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a diligent work ethic.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am - 6:15 pm; one Saturday per month, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
• Location: Ubi Road (East region).
• Rest Days: Every Sunday off.
• System Used: Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS).

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and handling of daily Reefer Operations inside PSA Terminal

· Liaise with internal & external customers to ensure repair job carry out timely and efficiently

· Conduct warranty check and QA check on job done by technical team to ensure proper billing to customer

· Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager

Requirements:

· Min. GCE “O” / Nitec in Engineering or equivalent

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email

· Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels

· Willing to work on rotation shift including Sunday & Public Holiday

• Organize and maintain financial documents, provide administrative support, and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Experience in full sets of accounts
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Submit requests for quotes and requisition to suppliers/vendors
• Handling purchase orders and purchase requisitions
• Follow up closely with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery and ensuring quality of goods
• Carry out administrative and inventory duties such as updating of databases and proper filing
• Liaise closely with accounts department to ensure prompt payment to suppliers and its related matters
• Inspect and ensuring proper quantity and quality of goods upon delivery from supplier and to follow up for any damages/shortages
• Manage multiple projects, communications and co-ordination
• Assist with other ad-hoc requests as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logisitic Management or equivalent
• 1 year of procurement related work experience preferred. Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
