We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team. This position will be reporting to the Manager based in Singapore to support in the daily freight forwardng operations related to the Singapore office.

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities

· Responsible for import/ export operations.

· Planning and organize day to day operation for air / ocean shipment.

· Work closely with customers, carriers, co-loader, oversea agent, and contractors to ensure smooth of operations.

· Work closely with internal stakeholder resolve issues.

· Prepare shipping instruction / Bill of Lading and others shipping documents

· Billing and cost verification.

· Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system

· Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system

· Communicate discrepancies/issues to team lead/manager when necessar

· Ensure follow company SOP and other duty assigns by department manager

Qualifications / Requirements

● At least 2 - 3-years’ experience in Freight Forwarding

● Must have DG and custom regulation, FTA COO knowledge is beneficial

● With SAP knowledge will be value added.

● Able to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment

● Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent, meticulous.

● A good team player with good interpersonal, detail-oriented and communication skills

● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, power point)

Job requirement and responsibilities:

1. Prepare and develop Engineering and design drawings

2. Prepare and develop Structural modeling and detailing

3. Coordination with the other departments.

4. Collaboration with clients, architects, engineers and consultants

5. Prepare material take off

6. Assist to manage a team of Design Engineers

Minimum requirement:

· Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· Min 5 years of working experience in the construction industry

· Ability to read & interpret drawings

· Proficient in Tekla Structures

· Proficient in AutoCAD

· Knowledge and hands on experience in BIM-Revit is an advantage

· Dynamic and keen to learn

· Able to work within a team

· Good Communication & interpersonal skills

You will be responsible for working on all stages of our production cycles, from research and design to manufacturing installation, and evaluation. You should be highly creative individual with the ability to develop innovative solutions to our clients problems. You will also have the ability to communicate your technical ideas in a clear manner, both visually and verbally.

1. Designing and installing componants that fulfill requirements.

2. Analyzing problems and developing solution to resolve them.

3. Creating plan and designs using CAD technology

4. Estimating budget and time scopes for each project

5. Writing technical documentation for machine operators

6. Collaborating with project managers and other engineer in our team.

7. Bacholar degree in mechanical engineering.
