• Manage the key performance and risk indicators
• Manage and support projects/initiatives/enhancement requests to ensure business and operation requirements, timeline and budget are met
• Identify opportunity to improve administration operations efficiency, productivity and service quality
• Investigate any discrepancies, exceptions and non-compliance, and take prompt action for rectification of any such unusual or exceptional activities
• Ensure administration functions efficiency and manage internal controls.
• Liaise with regional offices to fulfill the regulatory, compliance and business
• Liase with Seoul Headquarter on updates and improvement for all administration functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Marine, preferably with similar capacity for past 5 years
• Broad and extensive knowledge to address HR, Finance, Accounting, Tax , IT, organization management and local regulatory compliances
• Able to manage overseas regional organisations in South East Asia countries and solve issues arising in the respective offices
• Good understanding of Shipping and Logistic industry
• Strong leadership skill
• Self-driven, dependable and able to take on responsibilities and challenges
• Good execution skill in implementing process and system changes
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in writing and presentations
• Proficient in English and Korean (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, systemic and problem solving skills, and possess the ability to deep dive into issues & details

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Advisor to provide advisory on all the aspects of the solution the delivery life cycle.

You will:

• Be part of the Global Risk & Finance Advisory - Insurance Initiative team , ensure successful delivery and implementation of insurance risk solutions, and provide domain expertise to customers in the following topics: IFRS 17 / LDTI / Actuarial Transformation topic and related solutions / Solvency II.
• Be a subject-matter expert to provide coaching and guidance to customers and peers on best practice on SAS offerings.
• Provide strategic impact on go-to-market plans for insurance industry.
• Build credibility and trusted advisor relationship with customers.
• Assist to manage relationships with partners, key consultancies, and system integrators to establish focused and effective strategic teaming arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day IT operation, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of hardware and software applications, computer hardware, data network equipment, copiers, phone PBX system, CCTV system, security alarm.
• Responsible for assessing systems, diagnosing and resolving technical problems that users encounter with hardware, software, or networks.
• Ensuring the reliability, and integrity of the network infrastructure.
• Network Management, setting up and maintaining network infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure connectivity and security.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, malware, and other cyber threats.
• ERP Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the system. Understanding the company business process flow and collaborating with different departments to enhance the ERP system as needed. Integrating with Intranet system to ensure smooth data flow.
• Analysing and understanding company process needs, such as hardware and software specifications, provides technical support to related departments and suggesting and implementing upgrades.
• Analysing databases in an application area how to optimize applications by integrating performing software or upgrades and integrating new technologies.
• Gathering of requirements, analysis, design and development of integration solutions and APIs, creating workflows and connectors to enhance system integration.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related studies.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience of ICT support and managing Microsoft servers’ infrastructure and Hyper V.
• Professional certifications (administration/support) from Microsoft 365, Business Central Dynamic 365, Power BI, SAP, SQL or equivalent will be a plus.
• Understanding of networking protocols and security technologies.
• Project management experience will be advantageous.
• Collaboration with different departments.

• Salary Range : $2500 to $3200 ( Depending on qualifications and years of relevant experience )
• Must have passion to meet people and customer service oriented
• Minimum Nitec in Automotive Engineering or any Technical Diploma
• Valid Class 3 driving license a must
• Able to work independently
• 3 yrs in automotive experience or with experience in hospitality industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to converse in other non-English speaking languages.

Job Description

• Attend to customer’s vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical advices and quotation for consideration and acceptance.
• Manage customer’s expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer’s demand
• Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services
• Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer
• Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted
• Test drive with customer if necessary.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by superior
• Submit Customer Incident Form in system to address customer concern
• Follow up with customer and solicit feedback on repair including scheduling for next service appointment.
