In this pivotal role, you’ll provide transition support to the BAU operations team and support the day-to-day activities of the Cash team. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth cash reconciliation, trade processing, settlement, and data maintenance.

The Role

• Generate cash reports from custodians and front office system and run cash reconciliation report using macro. Download cash reconciliation results into Excel from IBOR recon tool.
• Breaks investigation & resolution and update front office system / IBOR where necessary.
• Match trades with counterparties' confirmations and issue settlement instructions for FX transactions. Draft confirmation letters for counterparties and issue settlement instructions for time deposits.
• Issue cash instructions for various fund transfers, subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls for limited partnerships.
• Confirm FX and time deposit trades in the front office system to ensure seamless integration with SAP FAM and IBOR.
• Collaborate with Cash Managers and Traders to resolve any issues related to trade capture, confirmation, or settlement.
• Record cash entries such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, injections, and withdrawals into the front office system.
• Perform cash uploads on trade dates and update zero cash positions.
• Upload time deposit data specifically for Business Unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Process Analyst provides support to the Executive Team (Head of IT, Team Leads) by analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of evaluating, framing, documenting and improving through automation and digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, analyse and improve business and system processes through automation/digitalization efforts. Evaluate the organization's business needs and develops long-term IT plans and solution to meet business requirement
• Discover, develop and maintain system and infrastructure documentation both in text and graphical format. Review information to highlight areas of improvement and identify risks and concerns, extract reports and provides framing of data for review
• Participate in solutioning, change management and problem resolution of existing system and processes
• Formulate and maintain IT policies and processes. Participate, contribute in corporate governance programs and deliver training and user guides for internal and external users
• Organize records and documents in relation to standard operating procedures, contracts, meeting minutes, non-disclosure agreements, and other important records
• Ensure IT System roles and responsibilities are assigned through proper access management controls and assisting with other administrative tasks in involving Procurement, Legal and Finance process

• Diploma or Degree in business, computer science, or relevant field with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in IT documentation skills and tools
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills with ability to work in a collaborative environment, excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, excellent writing skills with prior experience in crafting official documents for broad circulation internally and externally
• Experience in industrial engagement and organization
