· Ensure monitoring and checks are carried out in line with specified MMS timescales and schedules.

· Record and communicate monitored outcomes accurately and in timely fashion to raise the effectiveness of MMS.

· Compare current performance with previous assessments and take action where differences must be addressed.

3) Diagnose Faults in Electrical Assets

· Respond promptly to problems in line with approved procedures.

· Select appropriate tests and diagnostic procedures and apply them methodically.

· Determine the cause, nature and extent of problems in the performance and condition of electrical systems or assets.

· Use the results of inspections to determine the appropriate actions to take.

· Record an accurate and full description in the appropriate document history

4) Monitor and Maintain Pollution Control Measures.

· Sample and check that controlled process discharges from area of responsibility to the environment are within prescribed limits

· Identify and halt unplanned discharges where possible, and reported immediately according to policy, procedure and regulation.

· Equipment, waste or other materials for disposal are dealt with according to the correct procedure

Description

• Install, service, and maintain air-conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Troubleshooting air-con and recommend solutions to clients.
• Performing emergency repairs, chemical washing using chemicals, maintaining tools ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.
• Able to work independently

Requirements

• 8 Years Exprience
• ITE Technical Certifcate or equalent

Responsible to perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, isolate problems and perform repairs. Service and do minor repairs on the injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance as scheduled.

Requirements:

• Min NTC / NITEC in Engineering discipline are welcome.
• Strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs
• 6-day work week (7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am)
• 1 year's experience in machine / equipment maintenance or some related knowledge in repairing molding machines.
