Purpose of the job

To ensure excellence in delivery of financial accounts, including financial statements, management accounts, and annual returns, by overseeing the local private clients’ accountants and coordinating with the Mauritius Private Clients accountants assisting with the preparation.

The APAC Senior Tax Analyst is a core member of the ServiceNow Corporate Tax Team, with the primary responsibility of supporting the Tax Director - APAC in all external and internal tax reporting requirements for our legal entities in APAC region.  You must have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and to work closely and proactively with numerous functional teams across our organization. Your mission

• Lead tax considerations of APAC countries for all country and product expansion
• Oversee regional corporate direct tax compliance and corporate direct tax and Transfer Pricing audits as they arise
• Ensure compliance with local TP requirements and manage the regional TP process, including regional benchmarks, Local File documentation and review of monthly TP numbers

Purpose of the Job
